Responsibilities;
- Must be able to proficiently operate general office equipment, including computers and various software programs.
- Excel in Microsoft applications - Outlook, Word, and Excel, Spreadsheets, etc.
- Process, distribute and coordinate sales quotations, orders and distribute product-related information.
- Maintain order status reporting.
- Handle email communications.
- Provide clerical and statistical support to the Sales/Quoting departments – including processing customer Requests for Quotation and Engineering Change Orders.
- Summarize customer part numbers/quotes, pricing, lead time/ABC, and conduct Gross Margin analyses.
- Represent our company through excellent customer relations!
- Communicate and coordinate customer requirements with our sales team.
- 4+ years experience in customer service required.
- Have strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, within tight timeframes.
- Professional and positive attitude!
