This role is perfect for a problem-solver with a strong understanding of motorcycle mechanics, capable of diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and handling minor to intermediate repairs with minimal supervision. Competitive Compensation: Hourly base pay plus a flat rate incentive, with earnings ranging from $24 to $34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities - Motorcycle Technician:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, including oil changes, tire replacements, brake adjustments, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and service manuals.
Conduct minor to intermediate repairs on various systems such as engines, transmissions, suspensions, and braking systems.
Test ride motorcycles to verify repairs and ensure safety standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment.
Qualifications - Motorcycle Technician:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a motorcycle technician.
Hands-on experience with Ducati, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, or other European motorcycle brands is a PLUS.
Strong understanding of motorcycle mechanics, including engines, transmissions, suspensions, electrical, and braking systems.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
Valid motorcycle license (or the ability to obtain one upon employment) with clean driving record.
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
