We are looking for a flooring estimator - must be proficient in Measure flooring software. RFMS experience is a plus.
Will be working out of the warehouse in Van Nuys, Chino or Santa Clara.

Estimator and Inside Sales
Job Description:
Project Estimator and Inside Sales person. This position is responsible for handling all aspects of the bid preparation process and job execution process.
Responsibilities:
Point of contact for customer requesting proposals for flooring in either interiors or common area spaces
Works with both existing and new customers to provide pricing and proposals on projects and properties.
Assists with product specification when required.
Works with customer to develop clear scope of work for projects to create accurate proposals.
Contact and negotiates pricing with suppliers when pricing is not already available.
Prepares pricing for approval from sales
Organizes on site visit by Field Supervisor providing them with diagrams or other forms to complete field measures.
Enters products and services including pricing and unit amounts, carton quantities that are required to complete bids in Bid Pro and to maintain record of costs
Calculates field measures take offs in quantity calculations using Measure
Exports into Bid Pro
Prepares pricing proposal for customers
Confirms Scope of Work of proposal including materials and locations with customers.
Send to customers and follows up to make sure all information has been provided.
Maintians regular contact with each bid, updating status a minimum of 1x every 30 days.
Upon approval of proposal, converts Estimate into Order in RFMS
Organizes purchasing of materials with procurement
Managers the execution of orders
Organizes product delivery
Organizes scheduling with customer and Installation Team
Maintains correct Contract Pricing in Bid Pro for each customer type
Provides updating of pricing for customers based on changes in scope of work and materials.
Updates RFMS Bid Pro with different information
Receives, researches and updates requests for changes or additional quotes from Operations.
Cultivates and maintains relationships with Project Managers and other Decision Makers.
Maintains information on contacts in Salesforce. Updating and adding any new Contacts or Opportunities.
