We are looking for a Professional Body Shop Manager at Golden Auto Body and Paint in West Los Angeles.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
managing the entire operation,
hiring/firing/coaching/training employees,
estimating/compiling precise estimates,
effectively scheduling jobs/technician's time,
overseeing all work is successfully completed and ensuring all customers' needs are met,
communicating effectively with all staff including owner.
You must be able to relate to customers. Have a strong sales ability. Be able to multi-task. Be organized, have a positive attitude, and be looking for long-term employment. You will need an excellent work ethic, attendance, and reliability.
Competitive Salary dependent on knowledge/experience. This position WILL be paid a healthy 6 figure salary.

Required experience:
Body Shop Estimator/Automotive Service Writer: 3 years minimum.
Body Shop Manager: 2 years minimum
