LA Structural, a rapidly expanding engineering and construction company
headquartered in Burbank, CA, is actively seeking diligent and reliable
candidates for the role of Project Supervisor.
The position entails daily on-site supervision of multiple crews across various locations in the greater Los Angeles area. This involves guiding foremen on the correct sequence of work, establishing completion goals, crawling under residential homes, meeting budget targets, conducting quality inspections for each completed task or project, coordinating material purchases, client relations, ensuring ongoing job safety compliance and must collaborate effectively and work well with others.
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess their own truck, be fluent in both English and Spanish and demonstrate the ability to perform all aspects of the job:
Carpentry - Concrete
Grade Beams - Rebar
Caissons - Restoration Foundation Repair
Seismic Retrofitting
Underpinning
Raised Foundation
Retaining walls
5 years experience required
Must have a driver's license
SALARY COMPENSATION:
$67,000.00 per year, plus bonus incentives
