LA Structural, a fast-growing engineering and construction firm based in Burbank, CA, is looking for hardworking and dependable candidates for the role of Project Supervisor. This position involves overseeing and managing multiple crews on-site across various locations in the greater Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities include:
Directing foremen on work sequencing
Setting and achieving project completion goals
Budget oversight and meeting financial targets
Conducting inspections to ensure quality control
Coordinating the procurement of materials
Managing client interactions
Ensuring adherence to OSHA safety standards
Collaborating effectively within a team
Scheduling and coordinating city, county, and deputy inspections
Quality control inspections on projects completed
Applicants must have their own truck, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have expertise in:
Carpentry
Concrete work
Grade beams
Rebar
Caissons
Foundation restoration and repair
Seismic retrofitting
Underpinning
Raised and slab foundations
Retaining walls
Drainage
Waterproofing
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Compensation:
$67,000 per year, plus bonus incentives
