NEED 1 to 2 NEW TEAM MEMBERS ASAP!
We are looking for a new skilled maintenance technician for Residential Apartment Buildings to float between several multi-family apartment buildings in the Los Angeles Area.
Duties Include:
Plumbing Repairs, Electrical Repairs, Appliance Repairs, Drywall Repairs and Painting.
Must be able to complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
All other maintenance related tasks associated with Residential Apartment turnovers and upkeep.
Qualifications:
We require a minimum of 1 year experience in this field.
Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid drivers license.
Must have 'basic' tools.
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
Work clean and efficiently.
Must be Team Player with a positive attitude.
Excellent organizational skills, written skills and communication skills!
We offer a positive work environment. Paid time off (PTO) and Fuel credits.
$25.00 an hour to start. Monday through Friday!
Areas include Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Hollywood and surrounding areas.
