Currently seeking full time experienced Maintenance Technician to do general maintenance work at different apartment buildings on the Westside of Los Angeles (Santa Monica, Brentwood, West LA, LAX Westchester area).
Requirements:
- Minimum one year general maintenance technician experience
- Must have a driver's license and work truck / reliable transportation as you will need to drive to different apartment complexes and bring large items.
- Must have some basic tools. Additional tools will be provided as needed.
- Experience with Appliances preferred
Job duties include:
- Plumbing
- Demo
- Drywall
- Lighting Installation
- Appliance Repair
- General Maintenance
- Sinks, Doors and other miscellaneous items
Compensation:
- $21.00 - $26.00/hr depending on experience

Knowledge of Spanish and English is a plus. Maintenance technicians will be required to enter tenant units and must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with tenants at all times.
