We are a rapidly growing used car dealership with a strong focus on special financing. With the recent opening of our second location, we are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our sales team. We provide our customers with a seamless online application process, resulting in 40 to 50 finance leads per day. To facilitate car purchases, we also offer a $1,500 down payment assistance voucher.

Job Description:

As a Used Car Salesperson with a finance background, you will be responsible for generating sales by converting high-quality finance leads, building customer relationships, and assisting customers in finding the best car financing solutions. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service, maintain strong relationships with our network of finance partners, and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Convert leads provided by the company into sales.

2. Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide the best solutions for financing.

3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the car buying process.

4. Assist customers in completing finance applications and explain the process and terms of the financing agreements.

5. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

6. Coordinate with the Finance Manager to ensure customers receive the most competitive rates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive or finance industry.

2. Strong understanding of automotive finance, loan terms, and credit requirements.

3. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and achieving sales goals.

4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.

5. Knowledge of CRM software and online finance application platforms is a plus.

Benefits:

1. Base salary of $2,000 plus $500 commission per car sold and funded.

2. Five-day work week (10:00 am to 7:00 pm).
