We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join Smavida as we expand into Los Angeles. This role is focused on driving new business with small , mid-sized companies and angencies by offering our Full-Service Video Marketing — professional video creation plus direct placement across social media and CTV channels as of Netflix, Disney+,Youtube, Instagram and many more . The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, enjoys working with local businesses, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to win new clients in Los Angeles and beyond
Prospect, cold call, and network with SMBs to identify opportunities
Educate clients on Smavida’s Full-Service Video Creation + Placement packages
Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our services
Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Manage your own sales pipeline using CRM tools (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on client needs and market trends
Collaborate with the founding team to shape Smavida’s U.S. market entry strategy
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in marketing, advertising, or digital services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities
Experience with CRM tools for tracking activities and customer interactions
Ability to deliver engaging demos and presentations
Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” mentality
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Customer-focused attitude with commitment to long-term relationships
Analytical thinking to identify trends and opportunities
Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, startup-style environment
Compensation: $50,000–$120,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
Hours: Full-time, 35–40 hrs/week
Location: Remote (U.S.-based), with a focus on Los Angeles SMB market
