Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM tools is a plus
Compensation:
Starting $20/hr with paid holidays, healthcare, vacation and bonuses.
