Reputable fast growing, high volume importing company seeking a responsible, reliable, motivated person for a full time Account Executive/ Customer service. Entry Level or Previous employment or experience in Promotional Products Industry, Manufacturing, or B2B wholesale products sales or/and ASI knowledge is a BIG advantage.
Responsibilities and Skills Required:
Professional phone etiquette a must with good written/verbal communication ability
Develop and close incoming leads from a variety of sources, active and inactive clients
Assist sales managers and accounting with given tasks
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Must be well-organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently
Strong relationship skills with the ability to work with team members under continuous deadlines
Work with our clients in an enthusiastic, consultative, informative, caring, and helpful manner.
Data entry including LTL shipping UPS and FEDEX
Education and Qualifications:
AS degree or better
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, graphics familiarity, and QuickBooks (not required, but a plus)
