Location: South Los Angeles (90001) about 4 miles away from USC and 6 miles away from downtown LA.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm

Benefits: Bonuses, PTO, Sick Leave

Shift: 8 hour shift

Preferred: Spanish speaking, 1-2 years of sales experience in similar jobs

- Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. The primary role of this position is to answer calls and emails, assist clients with inquiries, and process customer orders on shopify. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.

Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving any concerns.

Process and manage customer orders accurately through our system.

Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while addressing client needs.

- Qualifications:

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with customers and team members.

Detail-Oriented and Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and orders simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing orders and maintaining records.

Customer Order Processing: Skilled at handling customer orders promptly and professionally while managing phone interactions in real-time.

Multitasking and Calm Under Pressure: Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations while multitasking effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality service.

E-Commerce Experience: Familiar with Shopify or similar shopping cart platforms, with the ability to efficiently process transactions, manage inventories, and assist customers with online orders.
