Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will work closely with our Telemarketing team to secure contracts and close deals. Our Telemarketers will reach out to potential leads across California and send you the best prospects. Your job will be to follow up on these leads, set appointments, send brochures or proposals, and attend in-person meetings. You will also qualify and cultivate your own leads, attend trade shows, marketing events, business seminars, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our Telemarketing team to receive and follow up on quality leads.
Schedule appointments, send brochures or proposals to prospective clients.
Attend in-person appointments and meetings set by Telemarketers.
Qualify and nurture leads to close deals.
Attend trade shows, marketing events, business seminars, and other networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company.
Compensation:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour plus 10% commission on the gross total of closed deals (based on the one-month invoice).
Requirements:
Must have previous sales experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A strong willingness to learn, grow, and succeed in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
