Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads within the precious metals market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including investors, collectors, and institutions.
Present and promote our diverse range of precious metals products and investment options.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering expert advice, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales within the precious metals industry, with a strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
Deep knowledge of precious metals, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, and their market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using digital tools to manage and track sales activities.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
