We're seeking a talented Inside Sales Superstar to join our team and play a key role in our continued success. You'll be the friendly face and voice of our dealership, guiding our valued customers through the car-buying process with confidence and expertise.
What You'll Do:
Connect & Build Relationships: Engage with customers in both Spanish and English, understanding their needs and building trust.
Sales Excellence: Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, showcasing our inventory and closing deals effectively.
Financial Guidance: Assist customers with financing options, explaining terms and ensuring a smooth transaction (training provided).
Customer Champion: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Handle Important Tasks: Be a trusted delegate, capable of handling tasks on behalf of the dealership owner.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve sales goals and create a positive work environment.
Maintain Records: keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and vehicle information.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build rapport.
Sales Savvy: A proven track record of closing deals or a strong desire to learn and excel in sales.
Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financing or a willingness to learn (training provided).
Customer-Focused: A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Reliable and Trustworthy: Ability to handle delegated tasks with responsibility.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
Location: Residing within a 10-mile radius of Bell, CA (preferred).
Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate!
Positive Attitude: A friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
Driving License: A Valid California driver's license.
