We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) Appointment Scheduler to play a crucial role in our sales growth.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Bilingual Solar Sales Appointment Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers via a dialer system, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Dialing: Utilize a dialer system to make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.

Lead Qualification: Accurately qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to determine their interest and suitability for solar solutions.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives, ensuring efficient calendar management.

Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with customers in both Spanish and English, providing clear and concise information about our solar products and services.

Data Entry: Accurately record customer information and call outcomes in our CRM system.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and confirm appointments.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment scheduling targets.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries professionally.

Dialer Management: Effectively use and manage the dialer system, including troubleshooting and reporting.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.

Proven experience in appointment scheduling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in the solar industry.

Experience using dialer systems and CRM software.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented1 with a strong work ethic.

Basic computer proficiency.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of solar energy products and services.

Previous experience in the renewable energy sector.
