DESIGNER & SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary:
The overall goal of the sales representative is to drive sales through the growth of existing clients. They should generate new business opportunities to get construction leads using available tools such as telephone outreach and social media. The sales representative makes site visits, creates contracts and keeps clients and team updated on timelines.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and follow up leads from social media, YELP, Instagram, etc.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
Helping determines pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
Visit current and new clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Maintaining client records
Answering client questions about credit terms. Products, prices, and availability
Communicating and designs to owner, warehouse manager and office manager
Detailing product specification on contract to ensure proper and timely ordering
Requirement and Skills:
Fluent in Spanish and English a must
Knowledge of Cabinet Vision Software (or other design software; willing to train)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Great organization and planning skills
Computer literacy knowledge with Microsoft, Google and design programs
Reliable and trustworthy
Compensation:
Minimum Wage + Commission

Vehicle and gas for job site visits
