GSSi, Inc., a 4th generation family owned security company headquartered in Wilmington CA is seeking part-time security officers for retail locations in the greater LA area. This is not a loss prevention position, this is an observe and report/customer service position.
Basic Duties:
1. Maintain presence/observation/surveillance of key areas
2. Complete daily report of activity and observations
3. Avoid verbal/physical confrontations
4. Customer Service/Public relations/Greet customers and provide information
Pay Rate $18.00-$18.25 per hour to start
Schedule for Culver City:
Wednesday through Sunday 3:30pm-11:00pm with 30 min unpaid lunch
35 hours per week
Minimum Requirements:
1. Valid BSIS guard card
2. Ability to work weekends, holidays, OT
3. Reliable transportation to and from the job site
4. Ability to walk, stand, sit for extended periods
5. Good customer service skills
6. Good written/verbal communication skills
