Our staffing agency has been contracted to provide comprehensive security services for multiple downtown businesses and government agencies. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in multiple capacities, including Regular Security Officers, Lead Security, and Area Managers. These are full-time positions requiring around-the-clock staffing.
Positions Available:
- Regular Security Officers: 110+ openings
- Lead Security: 30+ openings
- Area Managers: 10+ openings
Total to Hire: Approximately 150 team members
Key Details:
- Location: Downtown (various business and government sites)
- Schedule: Full-time, 24/7 coverage required (shifts may vary)
- Start Date: Immediate (hiring must be completed within the next two weeks)

Responsibilities:
- Regular Security Officers:
- Patrol and monitor assigned areas
- Ensure safety and security of premises and personnel
- Report incidents and maintain logs
- Lead Security:
- Supervise security teams
- Coordinate with management and clients
- Handle escalated situations
- Area Patrol Managers:
- Oversee multiple security teams and sites
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Liaise with clients and agency management
Requirements:
- Background Check: Must be willing and able to pay for and pass a background check reimbursed upon hire.
- Reliability: Must be dependable and available for full-time, shift-based work
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience: Prior security experience preferred for Lead Security and Area Manager roles
