I am looking for someone with 7-10+ of experience in security work in any capacity. The CEO will administer the company, in terms of pricing, contracting, legal work; while the COO will handle the operations, the staff, and solicitation of accounts.
The job role:
New business solicitations (heavy emphasis) without it there's no paycheck.
Managing scheduled guards - make sure the staff shows up when they're supposed to.
Providing reminders to guards on shift times - being late will fall on your shoulders w/ disciplinary action.
Implementing changes that are unique to client needs - being the face of the organization in the eyes of the client.
Strategizing with CEO on expansionary plans
Vetting employee certifications - it will be your role to sign off on the compliance of the staff's certifications.
Assisting with interviewing, firing employees
Liaising with qualified manager and CEO to train/or develop current labor force.
Perform various security armed and unarmed post positions.
We have our PPO, are insured and bonded, but need someone who wants to be an executive of a company and really put in the work necessary to warrant their salary. You'll need to pound the pavement, make calls, whatever necessary to drive business.
The salary on this position is capped at $250K per year; But works as follows:
90% of than standard shift cost to client. i.e. contract states to pay $300 per day, you’ll receive $270 for that day. Broken down per hour, paid bi-weekly direct deposit.
New contract bonus of 10% of gross monthly income. i.e. $50K in gross revenue, after 60 days of contract execution (to ensure contract solvency) a payout of $5000 would occur in form of a commission bonus. Or if a term contract, i.e. 10 days studio contract, 10% of the value of the contract.
This is a close relationship position to the CEO. The CEO will close the sale. I am looking for a responsive and dedicated Lieutenant. We will have to build a team in your respective location rather quick. We would need accounts just as quick. There may be site visits to Santa Clarita. This is a contract to hire position meaning, it will be on a 1099 basis until the revenue can support a W2 position - which shouldn't be long. Please note, as this is a growing company the compensation structure is subject to change as business needs do.
If you're looking for a security guard job, this isn't the position we're posting for. The COO and CEO will have to naturally work posts as the company grows, but I rather not :)
