The job role:
Managing scheduled guards
Vetting employee certifications
Interviewing, firing employees
Liaising with qualified manager & CEO to train/or develop current labor force.
Perform various security armed and unarmed post positions.
New business solicitations
We have our PPO, are insured and bonded, but need someone who wants to be an executive owner of a company and really put in the work with the CEO to make it grow. A buy in option is also available at the amount of $6,000 for 10% equity of the company.
The salary on this position is TBD - because this is a start-up that has been around for only a year, there isn't a regular salary, but lucrative new business incentives can put earnings well over $100K if the right person performs the duties well.
