We are currently seeking a Part-Time Printer Repair Technician to join our team. This position will involve on-site repair and maintenance of HP LaserJet printers, ensuring clients receive the best service and timely solutions to their printer-related needs.
Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of HP LaserJet printers.
Replace printer components such as toner, drum units, and fuser kits as needed.
Provide maintenance services to optimize printer performance.
Respond to service requests in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and offering advice on preventative maintenance.
Qualifications:
Required: Proven experience in repairing HP LaserJet printers.
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift and transport printers and related equipment.
