Job Details:
Position: Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible schedule)
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales.
Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized retail space.
Create and post engaging social media content to showcase our brand, promote products, and build an online community (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the customer experience.
Assist with visual merchandising to keep the store looking vibrant and inviting.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation skills (e.g., taking photos/videos, editing apps).
Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for fashion and urban culture.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
