Location: Playa Del Rey, CA
Hours: Thursday – Saturday, 4-5 hours per day (12-15 hours per week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Hourly + Commission on all items sold

A premier men's custom clothing boutique in Playa Del Rey, Los Angeles, seeks a dedicated Part-Time Staff Member to work directly under the CEO and assist with key store operations. This is an appointment-only boutique, but we are launching our Ready-to-Wear (RTW) suit collection, bringing in more foot traffic and walk-in customers.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about men’s fashion, excellent tailoring and suits, with the opportunity to grow and learn the art of becoming a clothier.
Learn the art and craft of Bespoke Suit tailoring, measuring, and adjustment fittings - all to be trained over the coming months
Responsibilities:
Assist with setting up fittings, second and third appointments, and welcoming clients.
Help manage and collect new customer information for future appointments.
Support the launch of RTW suits, assisting customers with try-ons and purchases.
Keep the store organized and presentable at all times.
Work closely with tailors next door for adjustments and fittings.
Follow up and confirm appointments for upcoming weeks.
Help with marketing efforts, including taking content for social media.
Be available for online fulfillment once it begins on April 1st.
Provide a warm and professional presence as the first hire in Los Angeles, contributing to our expansion.
Qualifications:
A strong passion for men’s fashion, tailoring, and styling.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Interest in learning the craft of becoming a clothier.
Experience with social media content creation is a plus.
Availability to work Thursday – Saturday (4-5 hours per day) with the potential for more hours in the summer as we grow.
