The Mart Collective is looking for just the right person with an interest in vintage and antiques to join our team as a cashier/salesperson. Part-time available.
We offer a casual, fun environment where you are surrounded by beautiful and sometimes one-of-a-kind treasures. Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years in a fast-paced retail, restaurant, or customer service environment. Our store is run with staff members who are able to multi-task and switch gears as needed. It is a teamwork environment where the owners work side by side with the staff to provide great customer service.
As part of the team any trained cashiers will work on the sales floor as well. All staff are trained in assisting customers with searches and answering questions. Employees learn about our store layout and become familiar with what our dealers have available for sale. They also help with security as well as light store cleaning. Staff members must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on a concrete floor for 8-hour shifts. Cashiers must type by touch and have experience at payment handling including cash.

Our clientele includes everyone from locals to tourists, from decorators to collectors. Our 90 plus dealers keep our store filled with interesting finds artfully displayed.
