A Los Angeles based property management firm is currently looking for a property manager. The property manager will manage two properties in the Little Armenia area. The buildings are a very short distance from each other. The manager will live at one of the properties being managed. Buildings are close to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Below is an overview of the position.
Responsible For:
Collection of Rent Posting Notices as needed Maintenance Requests- Review/Schedule Leasing/Marketing of Vacant Units Other duties assigned by management
Required:
Already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area Live at one of the properties being managed Experience as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year managing 30+ units Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bilingual in Spanish a preferred GED or HS Diploma Valid Driver's license Reliable vehicle
Schedule and Compensation:
Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p (Available after hours and weekends for emergencies)
$4000-4250/month gross salary, depending on experience.
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash and sewage)
- Rent will be deducted from salary
