Our family-owned business is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee our apartment portfolio. We are a three-decades old real estate office in West LA offering clients, customers, and employees professional and supportive real estate management services.
This is not an entry level position. This is a full-time position and will require some overtime work during the week or on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate with field personnel and vendors on unit turnovers and maintenance
Computer literacy utilizing property management software, Microsoft Office, etc.
Create and dispatch daily work orders to maintenance personnel
Interact with owners, vendors and tenants to ensure smooth operations
Establish rental rates and raises
Oversee vacancy turnovers
Create and deliver tenant notices
Show vacant units, qualify applicants, and lease to new tenants
Be knowledgeable of Los Angeles Rent Control, Santa Monica Rent Control, Culver City Rent Control
Work as needed from the field and have reliable transportation
Respond to emergencies as needed
Applicant must have a Real Estate License, be an organized and effective communicator with good verbal and writing skills, understand basic accounting, and possess basic knowledge of building systems. Verifiable experience of two years in Property Management required and a college diploma a plus.
