Proven, extensive experience in apartment management.
Understanding of the real estate industry and rental laws.

Ability to handle and resolve tenant concerns effectively.
Knowledge of property management software.
Duties:
Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex.
Manage and coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
Conduct regular property inspections to uphold high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
Handle tenant relations, including leasing.
Enforce community rules and regulations.
Manage rent collection, lease negotiations, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
