Property Management experience is mandatory. A minimum of 2 years experience as a resident manager is preferred. The candidate should be computer literate and be proficient in Word and Excel. Great customer service and people skills are required. The ideal position for someone that works from home. RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED
General Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls (tenants, vendors, applicants)
- Rent Collection and Bank Deposits
- Preparing and Serving Notices
- Enforcing House Rules and Regulations
- Performing minor repairs, if able
- Coordinating Maintenance/Vendors for repairs
- Marketing vacancies
- Showing vacant units
- Cleaning units to make them rent ready
- Handling Emergency Calls from tenants
- Maintaining/Cleaning the common areas on a daily basis
- Weekly updates to management
