Assistant Manager – Commercial Mall

$50,000/year + Benefits | Legal & Lease Enforcement | Spanish-Speaking | Conflict Resolution Skills Needed

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations at our busy commercial mall. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal or lease enforcement, be fluent in Spanish, and be confident in handling challenging tenant situations. This is a key position requiring both administrative skill and strong people management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the Mall Manager with daily property operations

Enforce lease agreements and ensure tenant compliance with all legal and contractual obligations

Address tenant concerns, disputes, and non-compliance promptly and professionally

Serve as a liaison with legal counsel regarding lease violations and other legal matters

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking tenants, vendors, and staff

Oversee property maintenance, security coordination, and vendor services

Support marketing efforts, events, and seasonal promotions

Contribute to budgeting, reporting, and operational documentation

Requirements:

Legal background or experience in lease enforcement, property law, or real estate contracts

Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)

Strong conflict resolution skills with experience managing difficult tenants

Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management software is a plus

Experience in property management, commercial real estate, or retail supervision

Flexible availability; occasional weekends or evenings may be required
