Property manager is needed to manage two properties. This is a full-time, onsite position, where the manager will live at one of the properties being managed. If you are interested, send your resume in word or pdf format.

What Is Needed?
Live at one of the properties being managed- REQUIRED
Already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area- REQUIRED
Valid Driver's license- REQUIRED
Reliable vehicle- REQUIRED
Experience as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year managing 30+ units- REQUIRED
Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bilingual in Spanish a preferred
GED or HS Diploma
What Is The Schedule and Pay?
Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p (Available after hours and weekends for emergencies)
Work cannot be combined with other work during working hours.
$3100-3500/month gross salary (DOE)
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
- Rent will be deducted from salary
