We are a multifamily property management company with buildings in Koreatown and Highland Park. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Porter to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for maintaining 5-10 properties, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-kept for our tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.)
Ensure common areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces are clean and well-maintained
Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
Communicate effectively with property management to address issues promptly
Handle any cleaning equipment or products safely
Requirements:
Punctual and dependable – Timely attendance is a must
Reliable transportation – You will be traveling between properties
Flexible and adaptable – Willing to handle different tasks and adjust to property needs
Attention to detail - Strive for cleanliness and excellence in all tasks
Strong communication skills – Report to management and work well with others
Team player – Collaborate with other staff and management
Time management – Ability to prioritize and stay on schedule
Bilingual (preferred) – English and Spanish speaking is a plus
Able to lift up to 25 lbs
