Exciting Opportunity: Property Manager & Marketer for Student/Senior Housing

We are a growing property management group seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to manage our portfolio of student and senior housing properties located near USC University.

This is a unique dual-role position with two separate income streams, offering incredible earning potential for the right person.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for two key areas:

Tenant Marketing & Leasing (Commission-Based):

Market available units to find qualified tenants for both monthly and yearly leases.

Conduct property tours and showcase units to prospective students and seniors.

Manage the leasing process from inquiry to signed contract.

This role comes with a very generous, high-commission structure.

Property Management (Hourly Wage):

Act as the main point of contact for tenants for their monthly needs and requests.

Coordinate minor maintenance items and communicate with our dedicated maintenance team.

Conduct periodic property checks.

This role is paid on an hourly basis for tasks performed.
