Our company owns and manages apartment buildings in Los Angeles, primarily in South Los Angeles. We utilize an in-house team of professional full time maintenance workers, as well as third party vendors that help us maintain our work. Looking for a maintenance manager that can help organize the teams work, and coordinate our internal processes and work flow.
Must have meaningful experience with residential maintenance work.
Must be computer proficient.
Must have car and be mobile in the field, as well as working at desk to handle online work flows.
Absolutely critical to be fluent in Spanish language.
