We are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join our Montebello and Pasadena Complex.
This is a floater position. You will be working out of both offices.
Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Some Saturdays may be required.
We offer paid Vacation days, Sick days, and Medical Insurance.
Job Description includes but is not limited to:
Must have 2 years of Property Manager experience.
Must have excellent Customer Service experience.
Must have reliable transportation and a CA drivers license.
Must be able to lease our vacant units in a timely manner.
Assist Manager in daily duties.
Experience with Rent Manager is a plus!
Basic office duties.
Walk property and vacates daily,
Work closely with maintenance to order materials and work orders.
Collect rent, work orders, and assist tenant needs.
