About Us: Fidelity Funding is a leading financial institution specializing in mortgage and loan services. We focus on delivering personalized financial solutions and building long-term client relationships. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Loan Officer Assistant.
Position Overview: The Loan Officer Assistant will support the Loan Officer , managing client communications, organizing calendars, and ensuring timely document submission as well as filling out broker agreements and other licensing requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidence, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain loan transaction files.
Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and review loan documentation.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Follow up on pending documentation and ensure timely completion.
Fill out broker packages
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (college degree preferred).
Experience in the mortgage or financial industry is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Computers, Microsoft Office; loan processing software experience a plus.
