Stan Escrow, a premier Escrow Settlement company is seeking Escrow Officers - Multiple positions
We are providing the golden opportunity for Escrow officers to join STAN ESCROW. Preference will be given to EOs that have an existing client base and who are able to bring in files. For experienced EO without a client base, we may be able to provide some files but at a lower split.
Job description & expectations:-
a) able to open and see a real estate escrow transaction to completion and closing.
b) RBJ oriented, familiar with Residential, Bulk, Commercial, ABC Liquor transactions
c) Escrow assistant support provided.
d) Remote mostly, reporting to office for training or Manager compliance check.
e) meticulous and detail oriented
f) good temperament under duress
g) ability to speak a second language a plus
h) compensation will be commission based on tiers and source of file lead. 25% if you need files from us, 40% if you bring your own clients/files.
i) report to Escrow Manager and File to pass compliance before payment
