Our company is looking to hire an on-site property manager who is fluent in Korean. The building is a newly renovated building with parking included.
You would be joining a professionally managed company with a regional manager, leasing team, and director of property management to help manage the building. You would assist with rent collection, posting notices, meeting with vendors, and moving in new tenants. The job should take approximately 10 hours per week to complete, so individuals with flexible schedules can feel free to apply.
In exchange for the work, you would get a free unit + $250 leasing commission for every new lease you sign. This part-time position has room for and you could be considered for regional manager position covering a few buildings after two months of employment.
