A property manager is needed to manage two properties in the Canoga Park area. If you enjoy working with people, problem solving and working is a fast paced environment, this position is for you.
Overview of Duties:
Rent Collection
Generating/Posting notices
Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders
Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units
Other duties assigned by management
Experience Required:
Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year
Managing 50+ units
Managing multiple properties a plus
Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
GED or HS Diploma
MUST- Valid Driver's license
MUST- Reliable vehicle
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Salary/Benefits:
$3300-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
Needed Schedule:
Full Time
Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
