Are you an experienced Apartment Manager looking for a new opportunity? We have a great opportunity for you to manage a deluxe 66-unit building in a prime Encino location, close to many restaurants, shops and entertainment options.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in apartment management.
Strong understanding of residential property management principles and tenant laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Track record of maintaining high occupancy and high tenant satisfaction.
Ability to handle tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
Skills to oversee property maintenance, including coordination with vendors.
Duties:
Oversee and ensure smooth operation of all aspects of the building.
Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries and leasing.
Working with vendors to ensure the property is in good condition.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to comply with health and safety regulations.
Implement effective marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy.
