Looking for a Professional person to be the Assistant to the owner of many companies. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the owner and see how businesses can operate together and help start more businesses.
Must be highly organized, proficient in writing and have basic business knowledge and professional phone etiquette.
Must have basic computer IT knowledge and be familiar with Social Media and web/app design.
Candidates must have good math skills and be able to take direction and work on their own, without a lot of guidance. This is a results driven position and will need a person with a lot of initiative.
This is a Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm position at an office in Studio City, it is not a remote position. There will be some meetings at other locations, so a driver's license and a reliable car for transportation is a must.
