As a full time legal assistant, you will have the opportunity to assist our Attorney and legal assistants on a day to day basis. We are looking for someone to join our team from 9am- 5pm M-F. Duties will include answering calls, reporting cases, mail distribution, making files, email responses, research etc. Does not need prior experience working in law office.
Qualifications:
- Good phone etiquette
- Punctual
- Speak fluent Spanish and English
- Type 35 WPM
- Fast learner
- Experience with Word
