Responsibilities :
✅ Schedule projects on sales board
✅ Provide support to installers and project managers on-site to ensure smooth workflow
✅ Review proposals/contract scope of work for feasibility, cost, and scheduling issues
✅ Contact new customers for an intro and go over scop
✅ Deliver the first response to any client issue
✅ Schedule repairs with clients and subcontractors
✅ Responsible for a complete understanding of each job and its specific requirements
✅ Responsible for monitoring job progress, quality, and cleanliness
✅ Maintain a job log for each active project on CRM
✅ Jobsite visits for quality control purposes
✅ Backup the lead department when needed
Job Qualifications:
✅ Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience in a clerical position
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Exceptional time management skills
✅ Proficient with Google suite and apple computers
✅ Experience in the construction industry
✅ Experience in basic residential construction methods, techniques, systems, and building codes is a plus
Compensation:
Base salary + Bonuses + commission + Benefits
