Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Schedule appointments for estimates on Outlook Calendars
Prepare correspondence emails, phone calls, proposals and documents
Experience
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of computers Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Yahoo
Must type fast
