Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the church calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate events.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records with MS Word and Excel
Handle communication through email, phone, and social media platforms.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various administrative tasks.
Manage our email marketing through Constant Contact.
Perform basic bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks.
Assist with church management software (Breeze or equivalent preferred).
Support community outreach and engagement through weekly social media updates and posts thru Hootsuite dashboard
Provide general administrative support to the church staff and community members.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a heart for serving the community.
