Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about real estate? Our Real Estate Brokerage Firm is seeking a competent Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. As a crucial member of our office, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office
- Maintain and update databases and Excel spreadsheets, bookkeeping
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salespersons, Brokers, and Vendors
- Oversee office communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Drafting and editing documents such as listings and marketing materials
- Additional projects and tasks assigned by Salespersons and Brokers
Requirements:
- Working hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible)
- Experience in office management or relevant experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) is required
- Real Estate License is not required but is a plus
