Job Description:
As the office assistant, for our Warehouse, you will have at least 3 years of experience working as an office assistant or manager, and be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks to support our daily operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse processes. You will work closely with Warehouse, staff management and vendors to maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including invoicing, correspondence, and filing.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth operations and timely product shipments.
Handle inventory management, including data entry, stock tracking, and order processing.
