-Native or fluent profiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin a must.
-Strong communication skills and tech-savvy using PC, iPhone, and different programs
-Ability to work well under pressure in high-stress, high-volume work environment

-Assist customers with policy questions or concerns and have good customer service/people skills
-Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails from customers promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate agent or department to ensure client satisfaction
-Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and maintaining records in an organized manner and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly
-Schedule appointments, events, and travel arrangements for the company
-Enter and update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available
-Prepare and process insurance policies
-Provide administrative support to the insurance agents as needed
