We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. We are in the residential construction industry. This position will support the owner of the company. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Performing accounting duties, writing checks, paying invoices/bills, depositing checks
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Filter and prioritize phone calls and communicate on behalf of the owner
Handle maintenance calls for apartment buildings
Collecting rent
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Problem-solving, proactivity and self-direction
